IRC2016 Kitakyushu arranges several accommodations around the conference venue, Kitakyushu International Conference Center and West Japan General Exhibition Center.

JTB Global Marketing & Travel Inc. (JTBGMT) has been appointed the official travel agent for the conference and will handle accommodation.
