Welcome Reception

A welcome reception will be held on Monday October 24, 17:00-19:00 at Framingo Cafe in AIM building, 2F.
All participants are invited to the welcome reception.

Banquet

The banquet will be held on Thursday October 27, 19:00-21:00 at “Royal Room” located at the 4th floor, RIHGA Royal Hotel Kokura.
All participants required to buy a ticket (5,000JPY) to attend the banquet.

Photography / Recording in sessions are strictly prohibited.
